The beautiful animation short Day-Flower by Yoshe Malkus still tours with Little BIG Shots all over Australia and delights kids in Launceston from June, 4 - June, 17.

Day-Flower screens as well as part of 'BEST OF Deutscher Jugendvideopreis' at Bundesfestival Video 2012 in Gera on June, 15! We are happy about it!

Blissestrasse by Paul Donovan with Beate in one of the main rols runs in the competition of the DancesWithFilms Festival 2012 in Hollywood (May,31 - June,7) - enjoy!

Beate Malkus plays the lead rol in 'Alekto', a Science Fiction project directed by Thomas Kaufmann.
Kidnapped ( WT) will be shot in the end of May in Switzerland. 

All the King's Horses by Florian Döring and Christoph Metzger with Beate in a main rol will be screened at the independent days festival's opening in Karlsruhe ( May,16-  May,20 ).

Blissestrasse by Paul Donovan is part of the Official Selection of the European Independent Film Festival 2012 in Paris!
It screens on March, 31 at 1:00 p.m. at 7 Parnassiens.

Afterwards directed by Kivmars Bowling with Beate Malkus in the female lead is going to have its East Coast premiere at the Garden State Film Festival, New York on March, Sat 24, 8:30 p.m. at The Axelrod Performing Arts Center.

(Dec 4-11, 2011) and celebrates its North American Premiere on Dec,11th at Bellevarado Studios. Congratulations!

All des Königs Pferde ('All the Kings Horses') by Florian Döring and Christoph Metzger starring Beate Malkus and Matthias Brüggenolte will be released together with the illustrated novel by Mischa Sarim-Vérollet at Lektora Verlag on Dec, 7.

Am Sonnenberg by Kristin Franke with Beate in one of the main rols runs on Dec, 1st at the '17th Filmschau Baden-Württemberg 2011'!

The several times awarded animation short 'Day-Flower' of Yoshe Malkus selebrates its Korean Premiere on Dec,1st in the International Competition of Best of Best Animation! Animpact Animation Festival 2011 (Nov 30 - Dec 4, 2011). Congratulations!

Beate takes the lead rol in a new science- fiction-project and is looking forward to experience great stories in the Alekto Universe and to a wonderful shooting in Switzerland in spring 2012.

The animation short 'Eintagsblume' ('Day-Flower') of 12 years old Yoshe Malkus is invited to the Best of Best Animation! Animpact Animation Festival 2011 in Seoul, Korea (Nov, 30th - Dec, 4th) and is running in the International Competition!
We are happy about it!

Being part of the official Little BIG Shots - programm, 'Eintagsblume' (Day-Flower) by twelve-year-old Yoshe Malkus tours all around Australia in July and August - including screenings at Sydney Opera House and Adelaide Festival Centre!

In September, 'Eintagsblume' (Day-Flower) by Yoshe Malkus will be presented at 34th International Children´s Film Festival LUCAS in Frankfurt, Germany.

The animation short 'Day-Flower' of Yoshe Malkus screens at the International Film Festival for Kids - Little BIG SHOTS 2011 in Melbourne June, 9-13 and then is touring nationally around Australia as part of the festival programm!

'Day-Flower' by Yoshe Malkus celebrates its festival premiere on April, 26 in Teplice, CZ, in the international competition of Anifest 2011 - International Festival of Animated Films (April, 26 - May 1).
'Day-Flower' will be screened in the competition section Films made by children and is one of the awarded films.

Yoshes animation short 'Day-Flower' has been just nominated for the German 'Jugendvideopreis' and will be screened in June at the Bundesfestival Video 2011 in Gera.

With his first animation short 'Eintagsblume' ('Day-Flower') Yoshe Malkus wins the film contest "...und action" of Children´s Film University Babelsberg. Congratulations!

Beate Malkus does the voice-over in the tv-documentary 'Kiezgeschichten - Leben rund um die Reeperbahn' directed by Almut Faass.
The documentary will be broadcasted April, 16th at 8:15 p.m. on NDR.

Escape by Julia Zimanofsky, in which Beate Malkus played aside Theresa Scholze and Alexander Gamnitzer and her son Yoshe Malkus took the part of the main character as a child, runs at the 11th Landshut shortfilm contest (March 17th - 21st).
